What will you learn?

DNA is a crucial starting material in many of the most advanced biotechnological products, such as mRNA, Cell and Gene Therapies.  In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the typical workflow of design (primers design for mutagenic PCR, cloning with Gibson and cloning with USER), synthesis, and assemblies of DNA elements (Gibson, restriction enzymes, USER, ligation free) for applications in biotechnology.

Who Should Attend?
Scientists, researchers, lab technicians, and students looking to enhance their knowledge of DNA Assembly techniques to tackle the new challenges of the Cell & Gene Therapy world.

Certificate released to attendants:
Certificate of specialization in DNA assembly techniques
